In order to use this facility with peace of mind, by preventing "droplet infection", "contact infection", avoiding "three denseness", and thorough hygiene management, we will propose a trip that you can spend with peace of mind. <Points you can feel at ease> Unlike a city hotel, the number of guest rooms is small, and it is difficult for three dense areas to occur. Because of the distributed hotels scattered around the town, there are few opportunities to contact other customers Ventilation is considered good because of the characteristics of the wooden building, which is a collection of old craftsmen. Meals are served separately for dinner and breakfast, and is not a buffet. <Efforts for further peace of mind> ① Thorough hygiene management We ask for your cooperation in wearing a mask. Please cooperate with alcohol disinfection when entering the hotel or using the restaurant. Where the unspecified number of people come into contact, we regularly clean and disinfect them. Wearing of a mask and disposable gloves when working in the guest room. We open the windows and change the air on a regular basis. Alcohol liquid that can be used by customers and employees at any time is installed in the facility (guest rooms, baths, shared toilets, etc.) Appropriate cleaning and disinfection of things that can be touched by the hands and mouth (cups, chopsticks, etc.) and use of disposal goods if possible ② Thorough health management Thorough management of physical condition of visitors (customers/employees). Customers and employees are checked their health (temperature check, operate physical condition management table, check travel history, etc.) when they visit the building. *Please note that if you feel unwell, you may not be allowed to enter the building. ③ About meal We pay attention to ventilation in the dining room, and ensure the space between customers' seats. For customers who are worried about eating at the dining room, we have started to serve dinner in the room for a limited number of groups per day. It is a special room meal that the staff can contact as little as possible. The food is offered only once. On top of that, we have devised a menu where you can enjoy your meal. For breakfast, we have started a take out breakfast where you may dine in your room. In order for everyone to have a comfortable and safe stay, we have thoroughly implemented the above measures. We look forward to serving you. We look forward to your visit.
The former site of the Takeda Castle is known as the Machu Picchu of Japan. For over 400 years a sake brewery sat in the castle town of the Takeda Castle, gazing up at it. Without altering the places that expressed its distinct character, the sake brewery has been renovated. It is a space where time seems to have come to a standstill. Guests are treated to an experience where the ordinary and the extraordinary seamlessly blend into each other that cannot be known anywhere else. EN, the name of the inn, can mean a number of things: "garden," "banquet," "performance," "roundness," and "smoke." Between people, between humans and nature, between humans and history, between people and local regions, between regions and regions, the inn wishes to be a place where bonds are strengthened and meetings happen. It strives every day to be an embodiment of that wish. The hotel's dining room is a space where the ambiance of the old-era sake brewery has been carefully preserved with some modern touches. Enjoy superb French cuisine by Yukihisa Ishii, the premier French chef of Japan’s Kansai region. 'Terroir et Natural' is the name of his health-conscious courses. Dedicated in using locally-sourced ingredients, the chef's cuisine allows the inn's guests to savor the fruits of the region’s producers' labor. Rooms of a century-old building built during the Meiji period are comfortable guest rooms. Greatest effort has been made to preserve the rooms and the building in their original state. The four guest rooms are named after four trees that symbolize the seasons of the year. Everywhere in the distinguished space history and tradition are alive and breathing. *If you wish to stay with your dog please make reservations for "Kusuni" or "Katsura."

Gather at the round table, enjoy the food and talk. Takeda Castle The heart of the castle town Hotel EN Takeda Castle Castle EN Hotel's restaurant was originally a fermentation brewery of a long-established brewery for 400 years. The history of protecting and nurturing malt, which is the life of sake brewing, from the wind and snow can be seen everywhere, including thick beams, innumerable columns, brown-colored clay walls, and Tamba-taki soil. Once again, people gathered in this space to talk, and to connect their hearts. When I imagined such a future, Kura became a restaurant. (dinner) French with the vitality of nature "Terroir Nature" The cuisine is “terroir/d/natur” produced by chef Yuno Ishii, a leading figure in the Kansai French world. As the meaning of terroir is local, local and natural with natural, it uses plenty of local Tajima/Tamba/Tango ingredients. Please enjoy the authentic French food full of the vitality of nature while maintaining a healthy and gentle taste. (breakfast) Start your day with a healthy Japanese breakfast prepared with fresh local ingredients. You can also enjoy the clear air that you can enjoy on a morning walk to the restaurant. (Grand chef Noriyuki Ishii) Active in the Grand Maison in Switzerland, and after returning to Japan, opened La/Pierre/Zipangu in Motomachi, Kobe. The Gatto Survey, two of the largest restaurant guides alongside Michelin, has won first place in the Kobe area cooking category for four consecutive years. A master with the honorary title of Disiples Auguste Escoffier presented to a good cook. A leading figure in the French culinary world that will drive the next generation of Kansai French. In addition to a career of over 35 years and its exceptional skill and sense, we offer a variety of menus that incorporate seasonal local ingredients with a constant passion.Read moreClose
