Read more 予約はシティ側の部屋にしてしまい、女房から何故キャッスル側にしなかった⁈と言われ、60日前予約で割引された価格、もう60日切ったんだし、今更いいわって思っていたが。 当日チェックイン時間の40分も前に到着してしまい、若い女の人が対応してくれ、『部屋は今の時間でも、用意出来ます』感じ良く言ってくれ。 『もし良かったら、追加料金になりますが、キャッスル側も今日ならご用意出来ます』って、言ってくれた。 気持ち良く3000円の追加料金を了承し、キャッスル側に部屋変更した。 そこで、部屋入って、びっくり、天守閣の真ん前の部屋にしてくれてました。 凄い気持ち良い対応、ありがとう。

Read more 施設全体が古くて、へたっている感じです。特に、バスタブのシャワーの蛇口がお湯と水が別々で、温度調節に時間がかかり、急いでいたのに本当に困りました。今時珍しいですよね？ シャワールームのガラスドアのゴムのプロテクターが剥がれていたり等、古さとそれらを補修しない怠慢さが目立ちました。 建物も古くて、廊下を歩くと、室内の声が聞こえて、もちろん室内にいても隣室の話し声や物音が聞こえてくるため、リラックスできませんでした。あちらの声が聞こえるということは、こちらも・・・？と考えるとゾッとします。 私は、半世紀以上名古屋で暮らして、キャッスルにはもっと高級なイメージを抱いていたのですが、安旅館と同じようなイメージで、一度泊まれば十分です。 チェックアウトの際、フロントの方も言ってましたが、これらの解決には、建て替えしかないですね。
