Our staff will not get on the same elevator with our guests to keep distance when guiding guests. One of our staff is waiting on the floor of your room. We do not provide tea service when welcoming you to the room but will quickly ask preferred time for your meal. Disinfectant sprays are available.

■Hot Springs■ Please enjoy the different types of hot springs. ◇The open-air bath with a great view "Ukigumo" The open-air bath with a panoramic view of Joshu Mountain Range is located on the top floor. The men's bath and women's bath are switched on a rotating schedule for the "Akagi-no-yu" and the "Haruna-no-yu". There are three open-air baths, for men, women, and private use. ・There are no washing space or amenities available in the open-air baths. ◇Private open-air bath Hours; 3:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. ・2,000 yen per group for 50 minutes (tax not included). ・Please make a reservation at the front desk at check-in. ・Please call us for advance reservations. ・The bath cannot be booked in specific time. ・It may not be possible to book depending on the day. ◇The tatami-floored large public bath "ZAAN" A bath with Ryukyu tatami mats in a checkered pattern.Read moreClose
