Read more 結婚記念日に2連泊で宿泊させて頂きました。普段は規模の小さな旅館に宿泊することが多いので、ビュッフェや大浴場に不安がありましたが、食事はどれも出来たてでとても美味しく、温泉もとても広く、大満足でした。朝食・夕食は同じビュッフェでしたが、たくさんの種類があり、飽きることなく2日間 お腹いっぱいに過ごすことができました。連泊する人は少ないようで、2日目はホテルから出ませんでしたが、ラウンジで静かに過ごすことができました。飲み物のサービスも嬉しかったです。とても良い結婚記念日になりました。

Read more 妻と5歳の長男、そして3歳の娘を連れ4人で宿泊しました。まず、リニューアルから間もない館内、非常に綺麗でした。 リニューアル客室の｢かわのね｣がホームページを見ても前面に押し出され、そちらに目が行きがちですが、今回の私たちは和室12畳、ロビーやリニューアルされた所との雰囲気のギャップは感じますが、古くとも清潔で子供連れには使いやすい部屋でした。 また部屋からの利根川や対岸を通る列車に子供は大喜びでした。 そして夕食、会場が大変広く、利根川が見える席、反対側は水上の街を一望でき解放感がありました。また中央のライブキッチンなど席まで案内頂き、入るなり子供とワクワクしながら料理を選びました。 私たちと同じく小さな子供連れの方々も多かったですが会場の広々とした作りもあり混雑もなくみなさん、ゆっくりとお酒や食事を楽しんでおり、いい雰囲気でした。 お風呂も利根川の水音を聞きながらの露天風呂大変気持ち良かったです。 子供は夏休み期間中の縁日またラウンジでのサックス演奏もノリノリで楽しめて、様々な世代が楽しめるように工夫されているなと感じました。 朝食会場が少し大変でした。夕食と違い完全自由席で私たちが訪れた時間が大変混雑しており、2人ずつに別れて席を探してウロウロ。スタッフの方が片付けている席に声をかけようとしても、既に先客が横で待たれているところがほとんどでした。そして食事が終わっていて片付けの終わっていない席を見つけ、スタッフの方が片付け終わってからということで確保して頂き、片付けている間に是非料理を取ってきてくださいと言ってくださったので、料理を少し取って帰ってみると、スタッフの方が別の方に変わっていて、今正に別のお客様にお待たせしましたと案内しているところでした。私も離席時に名前を伝えておけば良かったのですが、そのお客様にも申し訳ないと言う気持ちになりながら、そこは先に確保して頂いていた旨を伝え席を利用させて頂きました。スタッフの方も私たちとそのお客様に謝罪をされていました。誰にも悪気はないのですが、皆が少しモヤモヤした気持ちを持ってしまったのではないかと思います。 少し時間が経つと席にも余裕がでたのでタイミングもありますが何かいい方法があればな～と思ってしまいました。 総合的には子供も喜ぶ滞在となり是非また訪れたいです。
