<In prevention of the spread of new coronavirus (COVID-19) infection> ■ Initiatives in public spaces ・Installation of disinfectant (alcohol disinfection) Disinfectant is installed at all entrances, banquet entrances, restrooms, waiting areas, and bridal salons. ・In-house disinfection Door knobs, doors, buttons in elevators, doors of restrooms, etc. We disinfect with sodium hypochlorite preparation once per hour. ・Install a thermal camera at the entrance We check the health condition of guests attending weddings, banquets, and restaurants by measuring the temperature. ・Ventilation at banquet and chapel We strive to replace the air in the venue by ventilating before and after the reception and banquet. ・Efforts regarding seating arrangements for the main dining room and ventilation in the store We have reduced the number of seats by 30% compared to normal times and secured a wider space. We also open the windows that can be opened for ventilation. ・We have stopped providing buffet style meals. (Excluding banquets) To prevent vector transmission (indirect splash infection) from dishes and tableware, meals are provided only by staff. ■ Initiatives for employees ・All employees carry out temperature measurements when they go to work and thoroughly check their physical condition (whether they have vomiting, diarrhea, or fever). ・All employees perform hand washing, gargling, and finger disinfection. ・From February 25, we prohibit all employees from traveling. ・From March 13th, we are prohibited from gathering with more than 10 people. ・From March 13, travel to overseas is prohibited in general. -From March 13, we are prohibited from entering or exiting each facility with high risk of infection. -From February 25, we are prohibiting employees who are sick or may be infected with coronavirus from going to work. (We will do the same if the employee's family has suspicious symptoms.) ■ Requests to customers ・In order for our customers to use this facility with peace of mind, we ask for your cooperation in hand alcohol disinfection when visiting the facility. ・We are very sorry for customers suspected of being infected with the new coronavirus, please refrain from admission. ・If you have a fever or cough, please inform the staff nearby. *The above may be updated in accordance with the policy of the Japanese government and related organizations. Request to customers We ask for your cooperation in hand alcohol disinfection when visiting the facility so that our customers can use this facility with peace of mind. (About partial change of breakfast content (for the time being)) As part of measures against new-type coronavirus infectious diseases, we will provide a morning set where you can choose between Western and Japanese dishes by suspending the buffet format. Also, the breakfast hours are shortened from 7:00 to 10:00 (LO). (Usually 6:30-10:00) (About self-restraint of fitness gym (for the time being)) As part of countermeasures against new coronavirus infectious diseases, we refrain from operating fitness gyms.
